Murwillumbah Rider to Ride for Children's Cancer Institute

Murwillumbah Cycle Club member Suzie Van den Broek is heading to Townsville next month to participate in the 23^rd Children’s Cancer Institute’s - Townsville to Cairns Bike Ride.  

Originally founded by two fathers of children with cancer in 1976, Children’s Cancer Institute is the only independent medical research institute in Australia wholly dedicated to research into the causes, prevention and cure of childhood cancer.

Club Secretary Brad Perry said "If anyone would like to support Suzie and the Children’s Cancer Institute by donating $5:00 or another amount, you’ll be supporting ongoing research that will make a difference to the lives of children and their families impacted by cancer."

"We wish Suzie all the very best with the fundraiser".
